- This is an international code for handling cyanide for the production, transportation and use of cyanide in gold production. This code has been established under the management of a Directing Committee comprised of different directly interested parties, whose members were elected by the United Nations Environment Programme and the International Council on Metals and the Environment. The code is currently being certified.
